Press Release: 2008 Centre Reopens

Sonairte will re-open on Sunday 30th March with a Farmer’s Market which runs from 10.30-4.00pm. The centre will be open from 10.30-5.00pm. Minister of State Trevor Sargent will perform the official opening at 11.00am

This year markets will be held fortnightly. We hope to have themed stalls and talks at each one on a variety of topics.

  * Organic vegetables from Sonairte's garden. 
  * Our stalls also include a range of local home-made arts and crafts 
    such as handknits, cards, pinatas, decorations and paintings. 
  * Our Eco-shop is open selling a range of organic goods, fair trade 
    teas and coffee, eco friendly cleaning agents, gifts and stationery. 
  * Mustard Seed Café will be serving lunch and fair-trade tea and coffee
